Thank you for your interest in receiving a 21+ Student ID. Please follow the steps listed below: 

1. Fill out the ID Request Survey and select "Over 21 ID." 

2. Check your email for a confirmation message containing a link to a quiz regarding alcohol safety and campus policy. 

3. Once the quiz is complete, Ashley Eden will review and approve your responses. Lindsay Faulstick will inform you when your new ID is ready for pickup at the Office of Student Life. If you are not contacted within 5 business days, email edena@hanover.edu to check on your ID status. 

Please note: in order to receive your 21+ ID at no charge, your current ID card must be turned in upon receipt of the new card. A 21+ ID is not intended to be received as a replacement for a lost ID card.
